Hi there and welcome. My name is Day, I'm a sound practitioner, meditation teacher, and Reiki healer. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, living 10 years in Palma de Mallorca, proud Latina from indigenous Mayan roots of Guatemala. I am so thankful you have found my little corner of the internet.
This healing modality is near and dear to my heart, as it is something that I use and incorporate in my daily practice. The benefits are endless, some of my personal favorites ways to use crystal sound bowls are it helps promote relaxation and hormonal balance. It’s also a great way to enter theta brain waves, a state of consciousness that allows our minds to experience a meditative state. This is great for when our minds are just too busy, we can lean on the sounds of crystal sound bowls to guide us and find a moment of stillness.
