MEET YOUR TEACHER
Day Gomez is a meditation teacher, sound healer, Reiki healer, coach, and ceremonialist, a multidisciplinary space holder.
At the core of everything Day believes, true healing is you with you. She just holds the space.
What she does is creates the container, creates the space for you to go inward, to move through your own journey, your own process. The work is yours. The transformation is yours alone. No one can do the work for you. Her role is simply to make sure you feel safe and supported enough to do it.
Whether it's through sound, ceremony, meditations, or coaching, every space she creates is designed for one thing: you, meeting yourself.
