You feel overwhelmed, constantly in your mind

You’ve tried meditation before, but struggle to stay consistent.
You feel the need to slow down… but don’t know how to actually do it.

Most people were never taught how to be with themselves in a grounded, supported way.

  • Access moments of stillness, even in busy periods

ABOUT THE COURSE

This is a guided meditation journey designed to support both beginners and those who want to deepen

Format:

  • May 4 th- June 8th
  •  Weekly live sessions every Monday 
  • Online Zoom 
  • 60 Minute Session ( Talk, Guided Meditation, Q & A) 


Each session builds on the last, creating a rhythm that helps you integrate meditation into your real life.

Why six weeks?

This course is designed over six weeks with intention.

Lasting change doesn’t come from a single session, it comes from consistent practice over time. There’s a common understanding that it takes around 40 days to begin forming a new habit and creating real shifts in the body and mind.


This container is built to support you through that process.

Over these six weeks, you’ll have the structure, guidance, and repetition needed to:

  • move from occasional practice into rhythm 
  • build familiarity with stillness 
  • create a foundation you can sustain beyond the course

Do I need experience with meditation?
No. This course is designed to meet you where you are.
What if I can’t attend a session live?
All sessions will be recorded and shared with you, so you can revisit the practices in your own time.

That said, this course is designed as a live, shared experience, and you’ll receive the most benefit by attending in real time. There is a depth, consistency, and collective energy that can’t be replicated through recordings alone.

If possible, we encourage you to prioritize showing up live and treat these sessions as dedicated time for yourself.

Is this suitable if I feel overwhelmed or anxious?
Yes. The practices are designed to support regulation and grounding, not push you beyond your capacity.
